No or reduced flow of water in your bath

Your Ice Bath runs continually to filter the water via the dual stage filtraton process. If you have no or reduced flow in your bath this article may help you diagnose the issue.

Check the bath isnt in 'Maintenance Mode'

Is the blue light in your bath flashing off and on every 3 seconds?  If so your bath may be in maintenance mode.  Press and hold the 'Ice Boost' button for three seconds to take the bath out of maintenance mode. The flow should return.

Check the pre-filter

Inside your bath is a round pre-filter (either White or Grey on earlier models).   This needs wiping away any debris on a weekly basis.  If this is clogged with debris this could reduce flow in your bath.

Check the Particle Filter

Your particle filter keeps the water clear,  for average use of 1-2 dips a day we recommend changing your particle filter every 4 weeks.  If your bath has heavier use this will need changing more frequently.  A clogged filter can reduce the flow in your bath and can even cause issues with your pump.  Try replacing the particle filter and see if this improves the flow in your bath. Ensure you bleed any air out of the system while the bath is in 'Maintenance Mode'.

No Flow at all

If you have no flow at all check there is power to the bath?  Is the display lit on the control box inside the compartment area?  Can you hear the compressor and fan running?  If not check the power supply to the bath is working by plugging another device into the plug the bath is powered from.  If there is power to the socket try pressing the reset 'green button' on the inline RCD protector on the power cable.
